How we will work together
As a listing agent, I will provide a FREE Comparable Market Analysis of the seller’s property. Then we will schedule a listing appointment where the seller will sign a listing agreement. After then, I will place ads in many media, such as, newspapers, magazines, and Web sites, to promote the listed property. I will then guide my client step by step through a smooth and appropriate escrow process.
